I cannot believe how many people are in my situation. I ordered dual-action cleanse from TV and have never been ripped off like this much less have my health jepardized in the process. I thought someone should know about this, but never imagined I would find this web site. Everything I have read is true and I know because I'm experiencing it all. The cramps, the runs, and my credit card problems. These people need to be stopped.

Well like most of the other unsatisfied customers I saw this product on an info-mercial. I did not order on line I purchased my Dual Action Cleanse kit from []. Right after my husband and I started the treatment we changed our diet, stared exercising and took the product as directed. To our surprise, not even three whole days into it we both started to get extreme cramps, bloating and severe runs!!! I thought the product was supposed to make the colon healthier not kill you!! I threw it away , and suggest everyone does the same!! This product does NOT work at all!! Anyone that says it does must work for the company!

When I ordered the product I was hounded to sign up for recurrent shipments. Over and over I said no, they have been billing my card every 2 months for products I did dot want and did not recieve. This seems to be a very common complaint and is definately fraud!

I purchased the dual action cleanse i took it faithfully,but still had some extra colon clear formula pills left, so i took them until i had about 3 left to take,i started having very hurtful lower back pain and then lower abdominal pain,I could not believe the pain,since i never experienced this type of pain before I thought i may be having a kidney stone to pass.but my doctor checked me and said that was not the problem,(I told him I had been taking this dual action cleanse and was then just taking the extra pills of colon clear formula then this pain began,we read the information on the box and it said it contained cascara sagrada powder (bark) ,chinese rhubarb and cape aloe and that these ingredients may cause abdominal pain because these conditions can be harmful to your health(so,if this is not a safe product to take,why is it being advertised on TV for people to taskr it and be treated like ginny pigs.(I suffered with this pain for 4 days,

I ordered the product a one time use as i thought it might work for me. I recieved the product and took it as stated in the directions. I found the product was useless and gave me cramps and runs. I quit the product within one week and thru it away. I called the company to have my cc info taken out of their system and got the run around. I;m glad i only got the one time ship, but today i was informed by my cc fraud officer that someone was trying to charge my cc a substantial amount for a online purchase. The charge was not processed thank god and my cc has been cancelled and reissued. The cc company also stated that the ip from the attemped purchase came from the Irwin Naturals company and that they will be doing a full investigation on this matter. This product is a scam and does more harm than good. Do not fall for it. PLEASE

This product does not work for me. I have called to cancel 3 times. I even had my bank to call and cancel they bill me for something every week, and take out of my account, I get the same ole crap about getting my money back I have had to open another checking account and my bank has made a complaint for me also . I am going to my states attorney general, and I'm going to our local news channel, and our prosecuting attorney about this. it is also bank fraud. these people need to be shut down very quickly. I am so mad at these thieves, its unreal, they keep pulling out of my account, just any amount they want. they need to be stopped some how some way. I am an RN, and even I almost got suckered into buying this product! I was channel surfing early this morning when I came across the infomercial for DAC; they couldn't have reached me at a better time - sleepy AND constipated. I was ready to call up and order this product(even knowing full well after observing several colonoscopy procedures myself, that the colon does NOT have caked-on "gunk"), but thankfully, I decided to research the product first on the internet, and it did not take but a second to find this site and all of the horror stories. THANK YOU for being here, your website provides an invaluable service - it saved me from making a costly and stupid mistake!

alright first off. you can ask NOT to have autoship you morons, you just have to pay full price, it's the way you make money. and dont call the number off the tv to cancel your order. thats the order line. call customer service, don't be rude or they will be rude back. maybe you all shouldnt eat mcdonalds all day and crappy food, then you wouldn't be all back up now would you?..also the bottle says bot for long term use because you are supposed to take it for 30 days, and then rest for 30 days, so thats not long term use. stop being an idiot and listen to the person on the phone when you buy something. they cannot be illegal, so how is this a scam. DAC woudlnt still be selling if it was a scam. nor would it be on walmart shelves. its only becuase you don't listen to the person you are ordering it from, listen next time.

I ordered this product because I have had problems most of my life with constipation. I thought that I'd give it a try. Well, the person on the phone neglected to tell me that the invoice and charge to my card would be $249.00!! I almost stroked out and certainly didn't need the product when I saw the invoice. I immediately called them and verified the charge amount. I got instructions on how they wanted it handled to return the UNOPENED product. I did everything they told me to do. But alas, they can't find my returned product! So, now I do not have the product but DO still have the charge. i got my bank card involved and have filed a dispute. We are going on 4 months now! And I still have no resolution. But I HAVE learned my lesson about ordering anything from TV! This is a shame for all of the ligit businesses out there. A company like this one just hurts everyone, the consumer and the other companies that are litigetimate. My husband is laid off and I am disabled, we don't have this kind of money. That's why I sent it back inthe first place!

I have been on disability for a year now and the medications I have tend to constipate me. I thought I would try the product. So, late on Saturday night (right after I had taken my sleeping and pain pills!) I ordered the product. The next day I realized I should have talked to my doctor first, so I emailed him. He told me that those products are essentially worthless and to cancel my order. Less than 48 hours after ordering, I called to cancel. I was told it was "too late" to do anything about it as it was in their system. I have worked with computers and sales and know a "hold" could have been placed when my address appeared in shipping. It was shipped the 19th and I received it one week later. I called and got my RMA number, as the operator I had talked to had told me he would help me out getting the $9.95 S&H back. When I called him, he told me there was no way he could change the price about anything, but gave me the RMA number. Dual Action will not refund the $9.95, so that's where they are making their money also.
Beware of this company.

They will not issue a refund on any product once it has shipped.
If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they are always conveniently "in a meeting".
Dont waste your hard-earned money and risk your health for these products.

I don't have any complaints re: the product...didn't seem to notice any advantage in using it.
My complaint is that they mailed me a second kit without my ordering it. I tried to email and it was "undeliverable." I tried calling and it said the phone was disconnected. I'm sure they charged my credit card another $59.90. I want to return the product and get a credit....how can I be assured that I'll get the credit???

i saw the tv ads and it sound like a good product to try, it said free shipping& handling and other free products. i called the 800# the guy kept trying to sell me more, i said i was asking for what advertised on tv and was it guaranteed, also i didnt want autodelivery. he kept going around what i was saying than after i gave my credit info. he gave me a sum that was much more and said it was taxes, shipping and handling also. i corrected him that s&h says free on website, plus on tv and his quote frm beginning, he denied he quoted free and i would pay for autoshipping and could call cust service anytime who were easy to deal with and cancel at later date. i told him the website said something different, he said he wasnt aware of the website and he never told me free anything! so i told him to cancel transaction and i will order off web, now i see all these complaints so i will NOT be ordering at all, the guy sounded like a scam artist so smooth, but he gave me the chill when he bailed out w/the i never told you S&H was free and he wasnt aware of the website offering. i hope he didnt charge me and cancelled this mess.

I have had BM's but then it moved to craps and diahrrea, and when I looked at the bottle and said don't use if you get diahrrea! Not too mention I gained 4 lbs and It's made me nauseated and gave me some of the worst nightmares! I haven't tried to cancel yet, but that sounds like it's awful!

I purchased the product through the tv, i began taking as directed but it gave me terrible side effects. I called the company several time to cancel my orders and the rep [] id# TZ114 was very rude and unprofessional to me as I was explaining the side effects and why I want to cancel. My advice to anyone is to shop around like at a [] store and do not order this product from these people because you will not get a refund but rude attitudes only. This is only a scam. Don't be taken!!!
