Even though what they send you can be helpful they send a lot of emails. I had to relocate and can't work on deals for a while and it is a royal pain to get off their monthly newsletter list. I am still trying to get off a weekly email subscription I get. The info is good if you're someone who can work deals but I can't do it right now and I don't want them. If you know how post plz.

I bought the book, and it is good, don't get me wrong. But what I am not happy about is I was offered the website to get deals at a special price if I would sign up then. I didn't realize I would want it later. When I called back to get I couldn't get that price. I think it's lame that I couldn't get it at the upfront price. It should always be the same price as far as I'm concerned. If you have the chance to get the website upfront I would do it then if you think you might want it because they'll make you pay more later like me.

I bought Dean's book about 5 months ago. I sat down and read the entire thing cover to cover on saturday. I am not what you would call a reader- I have read less than 10 books in my life. It was so down to earth and everything just made sense. Since reading it I now consider myself a real estate investor. I have done three deals in 5 months. Two of the houses all I did was find them, lock them up and use Dean's advice to make money by selling them to another investor. The other house I bought so cheap I was able to rent it and make $175 a month "cash-flow". I think this is something anyone can do. He tells about a lot of his deals which was cool because it showed me the ins and outs of what to do. This book has paid for it self about 500 times over :)

I want to tell you that I think Dean's book is amazing. It has really shown me how to become confident and learn the dos and don't in real estate. I have a mentor that helps me and answers all my questions. It's good to know that someone cares enough to help others. I keep his book by my side at all times. I think of it as my 'bible'. No complaints here.

I have read both Motor Millions and his Think a little different real estate materials. I think both are good overviews of 2 of the best ways to make money in 2 of the biggest ticket items that most people buy...cars and houses. (I dont call them "Homes" because I dont get emotionally attached to them) The biggest thing standing in most peoples way is DESIRE and MOTIVATION along with a good work ethic. Having some money to invest doesnt hurt either. I taught myself the car business long before I ever heard of Dean. I made some mistakes that maybe I otherwise wouldnt have but it was a great business for me at the time. I was a "curbstone" car dealer for many years because I did not want the overhead of having a lot. I made a LOT of money by finding good cars, buying them cheap and selling them for less than my customers were likely to find elsewhere. A win-win situation. Now, however, Im out of the car business. Curbing cars is just not practical where I live anymore. The main city has cracked down on it bigtime and the unincorporated areas where I used to park my cars for sale have all become cities with ordaninces and so forth. I had bought a foreclosed house using the Motor Millions principles before Deans real estate book came out. I saved probably 10-15% from what I would have oherwise paid. I had intended to get into real estate but I kind of lost much of my motivation and didnt want the headaches. When I was younger and in the car business, dealing with other peoples headaches was why I made good money. That and giving people good deals. Make no mistake, its not easy. It takes WORK and motivation. You cant just order his materials and let them sit there. Most people expect effortless riches and it just doesnt work that way.

Well I have to say that the word scam in the title of this web is like slowing down for an accident on the other side of the road. I guess it is part of morbid curiousity. I have not yet ordered Dean's book Be a Real Estate Millionaire. But after lots of searching tonight online I have decided to go for it. What put me over the edge was going to www.deangraziosi.com and reading from hundreds of satisfied book buyers. Plus if this site is the real deal as it seems to be Dean has very minial complaints. I am smart enough to know that there will always be peoploe who complaign. They are the same people who complaign about thier dinner, thier taxes, thier government, their spouse, their job and everything in between. Yet do nothing to repair or change any of them. On the otehr side of the spectrum I realize there are actual companies with the intent to defraud and scam. So the challenge of it is to decipher the good companies with regular complaints from the real scams. I do know if you google some of the other so called real estate guru's you find an enormous amount of seemingly real complaints. John Beck seems like the winner for sure. The dude really pisses people off and has hundreds of complaints. If I was him I wouldn't go out in public. He may get a knuckle sandwitch. In conclusion it pays to do your homework. But in the end we all have to make our own decisions. The old saying one mans trash is another mans treasure could apply here. One person may find no value in a program like this while another does 5 deals and makes a ton of money. I am buying Dean's book due to the fact I simply beleived him when I saw him on TV. Then to see all the free information on investing and tons of students satisfeid at his web site was the clincher. I feel good with the purchase and plan on updating. As fas as Infomercial Scams goes it is a great name for a site and I am sure it gets a ton of traffic becasue of it. People love controversy and scam feeds in to that. I just wish that their were more real life comparrison sites that you could have 100% faith in. I like this one but it would be easier to trust it if the name was more legit.

I will have to agree with most of the posts about Dean's book. I think it's a great tool to have and use when investing. Even though I have had much of my success occur before Dean's book and products. I still am learning more and more. I would be successful with or without help, but it's great to have some once in a while. I ike what he has to offer.

I am a very successful person by nature. I have had so much fun with Dean's programs and completely undertsand everything he talks about. I think anyone that is a slow learner or simply doesn't know how to apply things to the world and real estate market, may have a harder time than me. If you read Be a Real Esate Millionaire you could be on your way to making a lot of moolah. I know I have!!

I own Dean's book and I like it. I haven't finished reading it though because I am a slow reader and am very busy with work and my children. I have however already learned so much from the knowledge inside. I am intrigued as to what I will be able to do after applying his techniques that he mentions in Be a Real Esate Millionaire.

You go Paul. Dean Graziosi is the real deal and for anyone saying otherwise I have to say you must be lazy or not ready for change in your life. I am absolutely blown away that you get so much support and information from buying a $24. book. Yea the book is a wonderful read with real life techniques but it is also filled with Dean's personal stories and that was my favorite part. He is just a regular guy who went for it and now I am doing the same. Plus I get to be live on the phone each month with him and that is priceless to me. and yes his web site is just amazing. It sounds like I am getting paid for this or have a crush on Dean.(LOL) but it is neither. This is the first time I took the gamble and ordered off of TV and I am just ecstatic with my results so far. I have already found homes for sale in my area way below market value, made offers on 6 of them and it looks like I will closing on my first one on June 12th. I am a single Mom with the same old headaches all of us go through. Yet I am on cloud nine because I feel for the first time in a while I am taking control of my own life. Thank you Dean. I will update a post on here or at Dean's site once I close on my first deal. Don't listen to negative people who hate their own lives and are afraid to take a chance on something new. You want to make money in real estate? Then get Dean's book. Need I say more!!!!

Don't buy both the Dean Graziosi think a little different program and his book be a real estate millionaire. I called to order the book and paid for the program as an additional product offered by the operator. And it was a waste of my money. They both have similar information and I am pissed they sold me both. I am returning one of them for a refund but that is a pain in the ass to do. So just get one or the other. So far the information is good but I feel the company should only offer one or the other... If a Dean representative sees this post then do the right thing and not sell a consumer both products. You can put a bad taste in someones mouth and ruin the fact that you do have a good book..

This is supposed to be the scam part of a post. You can only post about a scam when it is. Dean Graziosi and what he teaches is so far from that.. I am about sick of reading either lazy people or fake posts by marketers who want to sell their own crap. You want to know if Dean is a scam. Go to www.deangraziosi.com and read thousands of posts by his students on how their lives have changed forever from what Dean teaches. Get on a monthly conference call with Dean where he shares techniques and inspiration to get started in today's market. Read countless other success stories. The guy is the real deal. I have also seen where people post that Dean's office called them like 10 days after they bought and offered advanced training or coaching. Like that is a freaking bad thing!!!! I got that call. I realized I could not do it on my own and I spent $5,865 for coaching. It was the best money I have ever spent in my life. I love my girlfriend very much, but when I bought Dean's coaching she had nothing but negative things to say. Similar to what a lot of lazy ass people write on site like this. But I did something different then most people. I followed exactly what they taught me. I did the assignments they asked me to do. I made offers and used them to help make sure it was a good deal and make sure I got the right financing and everything in between. Was it easy?? Hell No!! Nothing in life that has such huge benefits is easy. To date I am on my 11th deal. About 40% of them I did with no money out of my pocket and my life is completely different. My now fiance and I have taken trips because of my real estate profits, helped out her family and a lot more. I owe Dean my life.. So for me even to have to write on a site that has the word scam in it and Dean at the same place pisses me off... If you are the type that complains about everything but does nothing each day to change it then don't waste your money on Dean's books or coaching. On the other hand if you are ready to get off your ass and do something then connecting with Dean and his company could be the best thing you ever did in your life.

These are very interesting stories because I purchased both the Motor millions and Thinking a little different. I think the people that got scammed did not use there commonsense. I realized the coaching was like a parent re-reading the books to a child if you know how to read you should have just read the book and learned and declined the coaching. Motor millions help me purchase a good car for $700. I could have easily sold that car for $1800 and made a $1100 profit I chosed to keep it for myself. Though i was negligent and didnt continue to keep an update on the car mainteance like motor millions told me I blew the engine that was my fault not Dean Grazoli I didnt keep up with maintaining the car. I was still able to sell the car for $500 with a blewn engine. I could have bought 2 cars that day I only bought one if I bought two cars and flipped them immediately I would have had at least $2000-$2500 profit so I know it works and my card was never charged more than once. I also got a car dealer license and alot of the things I learned from Dean was in the DMV approved car dealership courses so Dean is not that bad.

I love the book but my customer service experience was not the best. I bought the Dean Graziosi book and it took almost two weeks to get to my house even though I paid for priority delivery. I called customer service almost everyday after the first week and all they could tell me was it was on it's way. Finally i got an apology and they offered to refund my shipping charges.

I purchased the book, Be a Real Estate Millionaire about two weeks ago off of a TV interview and have yet to receive it even though I paid for rush delivery. I was a little weary about what to think, so I called the customer service number and spoke with a rep. She was unable to locate my account right away and this made me even more skeptical. She finally found me, saw that I had ordered it and been charged two weeks prior. She tracked the book through UPS and said that it was left on my front porch. Seems like a story to me, because I would have seen it. Once again... still no book. I was very frustrated, so I asked for a refund. She said she could ship me out another book at no cost to me and I accepted. However, at this point, I am not sure if I am getting the run around or they made an honest mistake. I'll keep everyone posted and let you know if I never get a book. If you order make sure to ask exactly how long it will take to arrive..

Anne writes:
The materials arrive quickly, but then you are bombarded with phone calls to purchase a program to help you set up a website and other coaching to go along with the package. In my opinion, this is a rip off. I didn't want to spend any more money than I already had. I don't need the extras. No more offers!

Frank writes:
Motor Millions used sales tactics to get me to spend almost $5000.00. After requesting a refund, they offered a partial refund to my AMEX card. I guess for some reason I wasn't eligible for the full amount. Motor Millions and their business practices has been reported to the better business bureau. Frank
