You people make me sick, you should know if someone had a way to get rich quick they wouldn't share it, its common sense. I mean if u had a way of making money quick would you share it. i read plenty of reviews saying they gave this man & company 3K & up, so i'll tell you his program does work. What i'm trying to say is you all are making his cash flow go way up, so his program does work indeed for him and not for you... It sucks to be you all right now! A little word to the wise NEVER BUY A GET RICH QUICK SCHEME!!! They are made to sound like they work remember that.

Same as others. Got it in 2007. High pressure to join the team--promises of help. But after they got my last $2500, there were no more calls. We received a DVD that did not work and tried multiple times to have it sent again--no success. I became suspicious immediately, but guess I just wanted to hope it would work. If it works for some, great! That doesn't matter. If the customer service is high pressure, takes your money, refuses to help when there is a problem then no matter how good the idea--it is a scam. I'm in for a class action suit also.

Today 12/26/2008. This morning I almost bought this program twice. the first time I called there was someone telling me about the program, and could not make out what they were saying I almost gave them my credit card number, but didn't. Boy am I glad! Then I hung up on the person. Then the second time I called it was a different number, and still could not make out what they were saying so I hung up again. I told myself when I was at work to see if there was a website up for it, but the only thing that came up was this website. So I started reading eveyones reports, and man there are alot. Sorry everyone had to go through this stupid scam. Thanks to this website now I can't buy anything from tv again. You know when I was watching the infomercial I started to believe everything they were saying in it, but something told me not to. So going by everyone elses reports DON'T BUY THIS PROGRAM!!!!

i saw the infomercial & ordered the basic pack. I was contacted by a represenative from Dalbey, he called me up to 12 times a day. I was coned into buying the Priemer package at a cost of $6000.00 i was a hugh mistake. There is no way you can succeed at this I have sent out many postcards with no response. I tried the courthouse but you can't find owner financed deals there. No response from ads in the paper. I did get a 1/2 refund of $3000.00 but I still lost $3000.00. I am a fool I really thought it would work. The people who work for Mr. Dalbey are very aggressive and for the most part rude. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! It is a scam! Is it possible for us to file a class action lawsuit? Why is this scam allowed to remain on TV with so many complaints on file? It is not fast or esy. It requires lots of time and money to make anything. I am still waiting to make any money.
The only thing Dalbey wants is your money they tell you you need to invest more money for more information so you can make money. It is all a con game. Avoid it at all costs.

Got mail from Russ Dalbey in Nov 2008. It was a 28 page booklet describing the 200 Billion dollor note market. Read this booklet from cover to cover. Even highlight the testomonials and how much money they made. So I ordered it for 117.00 dollars, free postage. About two weeks later, got a phone call late at night from a guy who wanted me to spend $6500.oo more. I did not have that kind of money, he asked about cc?
Told him, I have two. Gave him the numbers of both. I wish now I didn't. One of my cc, call me if one card was used as a fraud? I said 'Yes'. So I got control of that cc. The other card went thru charging me $2300. The next day got new books, Steps 1,2,and 3 and lots of other stuff. It did not make any sense at all. Said to myself, Was I suppose to make on this? Two days later I had called Russ Dalbey's Institute to cancel the $2300. payment. I was told it will take 2-3 weeks. So I am waiting for them to cancel out the cc to reimburse me. This makes me sick!

Everyone wants to have a successful business and It's abhorrent that he would take advantage to hard working people rich. He's unethical and he's running an unscrupulous business. What can we do to stop Mr. Dalbey from taking advantage of others.

My wife bought this package at 5:0 a.m. in the morning. When she told me about it I researched it on th web and found it bo a reported scam so i called to cancel the order. I was told the order could not be cancelled until it was processed and entered into their system. When I argued to have it cancelled immediately, he just repeated his mantra that he culd not cancel the order until it was processed (which means the credit card transaction would be completed and the card number validated so they could make further charges.
I called the credit card company and found that the card had not been processed yet, so I was able to cancel the card and prevent the heartache of fighting over it after the fact.
Beware, these are slick people who are out to get your money and nothing else matters. Beware11

I am one of the suckers that has been suckered into the Russ Dalbey Winning in the Cash FLow Business, I purchased it in 39.95 in 4 payments then I paid 2,395.00 and then another 1500.00 then another 1248.00 I started in Oct. 2007then aother 1500 taken out in Dec. 2008 I did the classes on the web 38 weeks of classes and suppose to start the automatic system that just does everything for you and you are suppose to just collect the money
do you believe that crap, Well, I have spend a fortune on this program and haven't got a dime back out of it. So I think I will cut my loses after reading all the other stories that people have posted. Thanks for you people telling your stories.
I could have taken a good vacation with 5,302.80

Unfortunately, I bought into this nonsense, too.
Got suckered out of $3K. To this day, I get these emails saying: Super special secret just for you crap about how they're going to lead me by the hand and basically do the 1st deal for me and let me keep all the profits. Then I call & press them for the cost. It's ALWAYS a bunch of cash - like $1-3 K. You know, I don't think there really is a Russ Dalbey, either. My guess is that it's all [] (if that is indeed his real name) running the show. Russ Dalbey is probably his stage name. Do yourself a favor - Don't waste your time & money!

The same steps Russ teaches people to make money which are,step1 find em,step2 list em,step 3 make money, are the same steps and philosophy he uses to SCAM people. This is what I'm talking about-Step1,find em:Russ found people through infomercials.Step2,list em:Russ and his workers list the people(like me) who bought the $39.99 program into their "institution".Step 3,make money:Russ and his workers make money when people buy their $39.99 program plus those other additional expensive programs like the "protege"program, god knows what that really means.Thats probably how they make their real living,by scamming people.

I purchased their followup product - Winning in Foreclosures. With a 30 day money back guarantee, I have spent two days requesting a refund and got the runaround. The supervisor [] informed me that he noone will process the refund until after a customer service manager calls me back. I have made 4 calls to date and noone has called me back. The supervisor told me don't call back we will call you. NICE!

I received a phone call from a representative shortly after receiving this product, who asked if I was interested in joining a success team. I immediately asked what the investment amount would be, however he avoided giving me a direct answer. At the end of the conversation (which took about 15 minutes) he said in order to really be successful a person would have to invest $2,000 to $5,000 when working with the success team. I said that I was not interested! One week later I received another call and this time the investment was from $500 to $800. This is why the product only sells for $39.95, because they are making huge amounts of money off of these calls. The representatives that call are very professional and persuasive, so be sure to ask "how much is the investment" before falling into this trap.

i just order the product. after placing an order for the 39.95 if i buy today kit, i get a receipt saying i am being charged 159 dollars for a cd! Is this even legal. I read all of the terms and no where in the terms did it even say anything of the sort. they have totally led me to believe that i was only going to pay 39.95 and they are charging me 159 dollars! this is and has got to be illegal! and to ad insult to injury, they provide me with no way of cancelling this order with this change! they are violating our basic need to believe and trust each other at every turn, and now it seems to become a legal and ethical way of doing business. I had wondered how this guy on the set has been able to be in business for so many years and fund this system if it didn't work. now i know. i have been burned again. i will never order another infomercial thing again.

We invested in the Dalby system. We even attended their weekend seminar in Denver. It all looked so professional, and good. All I got was more debt. This is a business that really demands being a professional in the world of mortgages, etc. I would not recommend this to my dog.

I purchased this program 12/2007. I was working part time and my hours drastically reduced; therefore, I had to leave my job. After watching many infomercials, I went with Russ. Once i received the information, I went strictly by the instructions and I still have not made one dime. However, I got many calls to spend more money with Russ to jump start my business and I continue to this day, to receive numerous emails trying to get more money from me. I say to anyone that is really in need of funds, do not spend what little you have on this. Does it work???? I do not know; however, I will not pay anymore money to find out.

Listen! Everyone! Dalbey's Institute is not a school! Not a university, not a college, not a trade school. If it was, it would be very obvious. It is a Get rich quick Scam. I did buy the 39.99 thing. But i knew it was a scam. but the fundimentals can be changed into your own version of note selling. The note network is just a way that they can get you to do business for them without paying you. Infact you will pay them if you buy into it enough.

Just purchased the program, reviewed it and sent it back via federal express. Waitng for the refund on my credit card. they are already inidating me with phone calls & promises to help me get started. I'm not one who likes high pressure sales personnel, so they have already turned me off. I value all the information that I found inclosed in the web site. It justifies my bailing out of the program. I'm now just waiting for the calls to stop. I am also thinking about notifying the BBB & Florida State Attornies office.

I purchased Winning in the Cash Flow business in October 2006. At the time, I was unemployed and vulnerable to the likes of Russ and his infomercial. I paid thousands for the training and website because I was guaranteed a refund once I completed five note deals. Well, like many of you I soon found out it was impossible. I mailed postcards and many returned due to wrong address. I made phone calls to many wrong or disconnected numbers. I ended up returning to college and have since found a job. However, I am still paying that monthly credit card bill. It is a sham and I was embarrassed since I consider myself well educated. After reading complaints on here, I realize a lot of smart people were taken advantage of and the shame should be on Russ and his cronies, not us.
