I am a disabled senior, living on a fixed income. I saw this info commercial one late night in August 2007. I thought that this might be something that I could do to generate money for my 15 grandchildren to have a better start in life for college, so I purchased it because it say 30 day money back garantee. I called, gave my credit card they took $321.00 of my money and sent me the program and about one hundred names of people holding notes. I went over the program and the phone calls started coming. They offered me private lessons for $750 more, which I didnt not have. I had all I could do to come up with the 321.00. After trying to work this program and to solicted the help of my daughter-in-law too. It was a complete waste of my time. I am so tired of getting ripped off. It seems that the good people are always the ones being taken. Is there any recourses we can take? I want my money back. Of course, now the 30 days are over. I am so sick and tired of getting taken. This is about my fifth time being ripped off trying to find a better way of life for my future generations. Sincerely, Audrey of Washington, D.C.

After i got the course in the mail, I stared getting phone calls from someone in colorado. I neverd answered the phone, because i thought it was someone else calling me from out of town, they were calling everyday for weeks, and one day i decided to answer the phone and it was the dalbey people calling all that time. So they were trying to get me to upgrade to there potege program, so i listen to all there bull, knowing that i would never spend thousands on that crap. So i just stayed on the phone with them and wasted their time asking any question i could think of. I only spent $39.99 on this course, i didn't even spend the whole $160 that they charge for the course, i use a prepaid credit card and only put $40.00 on it, so they can't get any more money from me. I think this crap is a scam, why would they try to sell you this protege program that cost anywhere $1,000 TO $12,000 and you aint even made know money yet? thats a scam, they try to drain our hard earn money, they the only ones winning in the cash flow business with yo bank account. Them dalbey people is funny, i just got off the phone with them, they keep calling, they try there hardest to lure you in, they say stuff like hold on let me see if i have enough room for you in this special program, and they say stuff like let me see if i can put you on the phone with my director he really only takes phone calls by appiontment. Thats all bull, they aint doing nothing but playing games with us. Thats why i play games with them. When they call back im going to give them the number on my credit card that don't work. I'm going to tell them that i want the $12,000 program. I would never spend thousands on some crap like this, if i had thousands i wouldn't have orderd this fake course in the first place, i can't belive that people spent $5,000 or better on this crap, they should have invested in a real business or the stock market. Whoever spent thousands on this needs to try to get a refund, i'm not worried because i only spent $39.99, so i'm looking at this like i just got some information on real estate. Get yo money back from these clowns!!!!!!

I bought the product a few years ago and it seems the same things are going on. When I got the materials a few days later a "coach" called and told he was my personal coach and the for first few sessions were free but if I wanted intense coaching then the program was 5 g'S. Needless to say I was upset. Then I ask him did all the people on the infomerial have coaches. He tells me all the success on the infomerials are graduates from the coaching class. I tell it doesn't say that at all in the infomerial. He says well he'll call me back to give me in a couple days. Well by the time he called back a couple of weeks later I had already wanting my money back. They said what we'll do is give a list of 500 names of people in you state the have nates to sell. If that doesn't work then we'll go ahead and give you your money back. I said no just give me my money back ,because I can't just sit down and call all these people. He said if you call me within the next week I will give you back your money just at least try these people first. Well I didn't really trust but I said ok. But I called 4 days later after I had called 50 to 100 people and the poeple on the list didn't know what I was talking about. He said I couldn't get my money back because it was after the 30 days. But I said I asked you that when you begged me t take these names. By the way none of these people have notes to sell. But you knew that didn't you. Total rip off. I called them for like 6 months. I finally gave up. $99 plus tax down the drain. Do not (I repeat) Do not by anything from Russ Dalby.

My boyfriend bought Winning in the Cash Flow Business. He has spent in excess of $5,000.00. Money that he couldn't afford to spend, but he truly believed he and I could make it work. We have gotten no where with it. He has requested a refund, but to no avail. We would be willing to join a class action lawsuit, or do whatever it takes to get the money back. Please contact us anytime.

My Chief Complaint is that I am unable to Communicate with the Russ Dalbey Organization..I purchased the course and was immediately hit up to pay for more education/tutoring...Plus I receive regular email which I believe is supposed to fulfill the "Support" portion of the Course, but in reality when they make an offer to help and tell you to simply go to http://dalbeyeducation....You can not reach that address...this has happened once or twice each month since I ordered the course....So, in point of fact there is no support......So, I would not recommend this course!

I found out what a scam Russ Dalbey is, I got his books ,read them and did not get the help they promised that they will give you. I got passed on to others and others and still no help, I had even got a phone call, they kept calling and calling till I answered it and it was the people that worked for Russ, and all it boiled down to that they said if I didn't have $10,000 to start this business I will not make it. I tried and tried to contract Russ Dalbey and no success, I lost almost $200.00 on this and still no money back.
Russ is a fraud.

Impossible to earn money, they make it sound so easy // just find them // list them // get money // yeah right // what they don't tell you // find lawyers in your area that have access to previous house deals and try to persuade them to give you that info? what lawyer is going to do that? // you yourself have to sell these notes// which by the way are really mortages on peoples houses//people like you and me trying to make ends meat in life // trying to put food on the tables for our families// struggling every day trying to pay all thoses bills// yes you actually have to try and sell mortgages to basically mortgage clearing houses who buy not so secure mortgages and in turn will forclose on the house the instant the hard working american taxpayer has a tiny struggle trying to make ends meat that particular month. Don't be fooled by this so called winning in the cash flow bussiness,, it's a scam artist who himself is the only one winning in the cash flow bussiness. Just to make it eaisier for you to understand just call the number and the person who you talk to will be trying to sell you the world// everythng from overnite shipping to automatic lists of notes in your area//if you were to purchase all the materials it would cost well over $500.00.

I was looking at the infomercial and he kept saying that you can get started for only $39.95 with a promise of a full refund within 30 days so I'm thinking that the course is what's stated but what they don't say on T.V. you have to call and some fast talking person tells you that your credit card will be billed 3 more times for $39.95. I told her that it doesn't say that in the commercial that it's vague and misleading she immediately gave me attitude so I hung up. Watch the scams.

i was recently sent "the overnight millionaire" from russ dalbey. i read some of it. waste of my time. it takes much more than what he telling you to do this.the easiest way i've learned from these programs to make money is by scamming innocent people like yourselves. if we had the start up money to print booklets like this we could be rich too. he will charge you thousands of dollars to teach something he in fact probably knows nothing about. russ dalbey and many others have probably never used this system. the only money he makes is from people searching for a better way. please people do your research before u spend your money. and russ save the enviroment and stop printing your worthless trash. i am very sorry for anyone who has been scammed by this bullshit. my advice get a lawyer. want easy money and dont have any heart create your own scam. please send it to russ.

I purchased the product back in April. I thought it was a great deal and very easy. when i finally got the product i read through the materials and listened to the cd's. i was still confused after all the reading so, when they called me to sign up for the protege course i was really considering it and told them i would get back to them in a week. they ended up calling me back 1 week later and after talking to them for 30 min. i decided to do the course. i too felt that you needed to spend money to make money. well, to this day i have not gotten 1 response from any of the leads they gave me.I was taken! please contact me if there is a class action suit. i would love to be in on it.

I called and ordered this program thinking it was going to be legitament. Once I got someone on the phone they tried getting to to purchase all sorts of other products. Then I saw this site. I called the customer service number back to cancel the order and low and behold, they won't let me cancel it. I was told I have to wait at least 24hrs before I can cancel. But since I ordered on a Friday I have to wait until Monday before anything can be done. I have agree with a lot of these other posts. It is a scam.

I'm glad I read over the following testimonials before I made a rush purchase as suggested by russ on his infomercial. I thought it sounded like a scam watching it, but russ made it sound so easy. I'm going to take my $39.99 open a mutual fund account and slowly let it grow through investing. No cash flow for you russ!! Shame on you, you dirty scammer.

i bought this program back in june of 2007. I saw the tv informercial and was amazed at what kind of a product this was. I made the mistake of buying this product! about three weeks later a sales person called me and wanted me to pay them 2,000 to 5,000 for classes that would help me succed in the business. I told them i was not interested. About a week later they started calling me again. On monday they called me 18 TIMES, tuesday they called me 14 TIMES, then on wednesday i reasearched this product on the internet and found out that it was a SCAM! I could not believe the bad things people were saying about this program. The next day when they called me again i told them that i wanted no part in this company or these classes and to stop harrasing me! Enough with the phone calls, I am sick of it! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I regret doing so!!!

I called to buy this product this morning in the early morning hours. After getting disgusted by them wanting more money, I hung up feeling lower than low. I thought I will never get out of this. I am single mother with a son in college - this was something I could do at all hours. I didn't buy it because they wanted more than $40.00. The guy made me feel worthless and told me I was never going to be successful. I drove to work after making that call in tears, trying to figure out how would I get the money. I decided to do some research on the product when I found this website. Thank you, thank you to all who have taken the time to write in. I do not feel like the idiot the man tried to make me feel like. I am so sorry for all of you out there who did invest their money only to lose it. My best to all of you and if anyone else finds this website - DO NOT BUY IT. There will be legitimate ways to make money. Someone one day will be honest and will invent something to help us. God Bless.

I've made my living in the construction industry, but after suffering many many physical injuries, it's time for me to find a new way to support myself and my family. I awoke in my La-z-boy about 0215am to find Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow Business on T.V. Since my father at one time, 20-30 years ago made a lot of money in Real Estate, I thought, why not give it a try, 30 day money back guarantee right? I rushed outside to get my wallet out of my truck just in time to get my order purchased in "the next five minutes", *Warning bell #1. When I placed the phone call with the on screen price at $39.99, I thought good deal. Then I was told *4 payments of $39.99, that's $160.00. I'm a little shocked but I go on. Then the guy said if you pay by credit card we'll take one full payment off, lowing the price to $120.00,-Better...I've learned through hard luck, that when you make a purchase with your "debit card" it's the same as paying IN CASH and you have NO protection from scams either online or on T.V. So Thank GOD, I already decided on using my real credit card. Then I'm told I need my own web site for posting notes, normally $479.00 but I can get it now for just $79.00., because I called within five minutes...I am really starting to get skeptical now, what I thought I was purchasing for $40.00 now is up to $200.00, and wait there's more. For an additional $60.00 dollars I can get help with my website and have a guaranteed sale in my first 30 days, with leads provided to me in my area. How are they gonna do that I wonder? Set it up and buy it back from me themselves? Still I've got the 30 day money back guarantee for everything I invest. I make the man repeat that I get all my money back part, at least 3 times, if I am not satisfied. Then I ask what if I just want to return part of the programs I am purchasing? No problem he says and gives me a bogus customer service phone number that belongs to some talk line, I find out the next day. When it's all said and done, they are going to bill my credit card for the total amount of $261.75, with free rush shipping of course, promised in 3-5 days. I started out prepared to spend $40.00 to $60.00 dollars. The infomercial said nothing about your own web sites, purchasing guaranteed leads in your area, and you remember that $40.00 dollar payment he was going to take off, cutting it down to 3 payments instead of 4, if I used my credit card? Well turns out I have to pay for the whole thing all at one time, no 3 easy payments. WHAM ! Slap in the face! With my delusions of an easier way to make some money and needing a solution to a serious problem, I think, it takes money to make money, so I went through with it. Less than 12 hours later on went on my computer and researched Russ Dalbey and his magical money machine. I found 161 complaints to the Better Business Bureau, and tons and tons of pages stating this is a scam, a complete rip off, and teh only one making money is Russ. Millions of it, off the backs of others. One guy said that even after he sent it back within 30 days, they still charged him. I went to college, I should've known better. There is a 3 day lemon law that protects me, I cancelled with my CREDIT CARD, within 12 hours of purchase, and I called and left message with one of Dalbey's phone help sites telling him what I'd done and to NOT SEND out the order as it would be refused and my CREDIT CARD company would stand behind me. Yes folks, I would have been duped if not for a few minutes on the internet. Great Pros to this site in helping me hear other people's experiences with the same thing. The Rich get Richer oftentimes by unethical means, and the poor stay poor if they give up their hard earned money to snake oil salesman. Listen to your mama: if it sounds too good to be true, it is. DON'T BUY IT !!!
