I purchaed the product. Then came the calls. Seems it might not be any good without the "additions" they wanted to sell. Somehow that was left off in the original transaction. Anyway, it has proved a useless product to me. I am appalled that a formerly reputable broadcaster like Gary Collins has signed on to shill for them. Surely by now he has seen the multiple complaints on the web - or perhaps he does not want to know.

I have tried this product from Russ Dalby and yes it is true it's a scam I have learned this back in 2002. Russ assured me him self that this was a money making machine and that he would walk me through it. at least at the time on the phone I had thought it was Russ Dalby but any ways I have been taken for more money from these people well I just lost count. these people aut to sit in prison for what they did to us and Russ dosen't even live in Colorado, where his office's are so it appears. well any ways thank you for listening/reading. From the start I was suspicious when I was asked to get a mentor before even getting the package. I lost $99.00 and never tried to get a refund, thinking there was some redeeming financial value in the note business that has been so popular according to the salesmen. I have a US account which I don't watch closely. I am hoping they did't charge other amounts to my CC. I keep my fingers crossed.

I purchased "Winning In Cash Flow Business" on 17 March 2008. I was assured that I would be receiving my purchase in 4 to 6 weeks. It's now the 1 April 2008, that's no problem. The problem is that I have been 2 the 3 e-mails since I purchase the program with these offers of joining these special groups that would be lead by Russ or one of his special experts in the field. However, when inquiring about these select group of 15 people _ (then the next e-mail was about to join the select group of 100 people). I was told the cost was $2,000 to $4,000 to join. The ironic manner of it all, is that I still haven't received my package of instructions or money. It's not a good idea to piss off veteran of two wars, with special operations training. I'm coming with reinforcements Russ. Just do the right thing!!! Keep your word, the money you're taking from people will take you to HELL.

*******This is a scam***********Do not fall for it***I had recently lost my job and was looking for another one, was on unemployment, and very depressed. I was up late, saw the infomercial, and said why not, its only $39.95...its going to pay off..it has a money back guarantee...etc. All the same excuses, big mistake. I purchased the program using a credit card that I had a good history with and good availability on my limit. I had called and cancelled this about a day or so later after I had some sleep and thought about it...LOL..and lo and behold, my doorbell rang and it was UPS with my package. I told them I was not going to sign for it because I had cancelled it..the guy left it anyway. I called UPS and said come get this, I don't want it, they sent someone to pick it up and then I called CS to let them know of their error. She said okay, it was cancelled, wouldn't happen again, my card wouldn't be charged...ha ha ha. To make a long story short, I called my cc company and made up a bogus story about a minor ordering from the TV without my permission using my card and the end result of all of this was me having to cancel my card and be issued a new card #...my final call to cs was to tell them that I would be reporting them to the Colorado BBB. I think after reading all of these stories I got off lucky.

Went to and read pages and pages of flowery crap that Russ is doing for his infomercial customers. I rebutted with referral to this website and asked him when he might feel the urge to help us out. told him we were tossing the "Class Action Lawsuit Around" a bit. I'm going to build a google or yahoo group to discuss this in a less regulated forum. look for a forum called What's RD Up To? or something similar.

3/30/2008 - Grammie Wally writes:
Fortunately, the only part of this scam I've invested in is 1 hour to read the intro (basically the pep squad info). Thanks to all of you, RD & co. do not have my cc#. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!!! I'm so disappointed. On disability and dying to find a way to make an honest living with a crappy body. If I had invested money and could not get a refund you can bet I'd be contacting my attorney. THIS IS ROBBERY and it can't be legal. I'm thinking "Class Action Lawsuit!" This guy has to be stopped. He's ripping off single mothers for Heaven's sake!! I'm going to see what [] says about him. If there are complaints there, I'm opening a group so we can make a plan of attack so to speak...anyone else interested?

Man this sucks! I was all excited about this program after recieving a booklet in the mail. So I ordered the thing. Today I decided to google Russ and do a little more research...well do I feel like an idiot. Im not even going to open it! I'll send it right back and hopefully will get a refund!

3/25/2008 - Kevin writes:
Ok, so bought the program like a year and a half ago, paid a tidy sum of money over a couple of months, even ended up on the Protege program for a cool $995. Am i making any headway? No brownie points for guessing. am sure all the people on this site have at one point wanted to better their lives working from home. Has anyone here come across a legitimate home based business opportunity?

3/23/2008 - Josh writes:
This guy deserves to be in prison. what he is doingis nothing less than stealing from someone. IT IS A SCAM, please tell everyone you know and can tell. i have made several complaints to the BBB so hopefully he'll be getting what he deserves VERY SOON!!!!

Well I Can't believe I'm doing this but I truely hope by telling my story that someone who is considering getting involved with this "Daulby EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM" might pause and seriously reconsinder! I don't want to slander anyone so let me give you a brief testimony. I am a dreamer. I have always accomplished my dreams and goals. I have checkered my past with some failures but I am an aggressive go getter and the simple steps of the WITCFB seemed simple and doable for me. In my excitemnt I called right away and read the three books offered in the informertial. $150.00 including shipping and handling. I got charged twice for that. I don't know why. I had to complain to get my refund for the second charge. I should have woke up then but I was fired up. "Find em List Em , Make money easy as 1-2-3. I know now that no business that can make you a millionair can be done part time. Nor can it be learned in a short time. Nor can it ever be as easy as 1-2-3! Shortly after I read the books, I was sold. Wow this sounds easy I can do this! I can learn this! Well I learned alot. To start with, the Daulby educational Institute is just that. An educational institute. Like any education institute it teaches courses at an incredibly inflated price of tuition for very shallow instruction and shady guidance. I called and was told that I was chosen to be a part of a select group of people . I was passed from the man whom I called to someone who was a "Personel friend of the great Russ Daulby himself. He asked me to tell him the vision I had of my future and what I expected to recieve from taking any of Russ's courses. I told him my delusions of grandure and he obviously new he had a total sucker on the end of the line. He then said I would be perfect for Russ's Protege' course which only consisted of 19 select people . Wow! I was someone they saw alot of potential in. "Yes!I have to do it , How much? $8500.00 dollars, the man told me. I told the man I would need some time to put that kind of money together and could I please call him back in a few days , after all this was a once in a life time oppurtunity to learn from the best Russ Daulby Himself, my mind was made up Yes I'll do it . I put down a deposite for a few HUNDRED dollars and a few days later sold my Harley for 10g and off to my journey to financially free future I went. My account was paid and soon I would be learning from the best. Can I just say at this point I was honestly told and expected to actually work with the legend himself. Foolish I know but I am the type of person that the informercial markets to. It gets worse. As I closed my transaction with the Daulby edu. Inst. A very nice young lady asked in a most humble way if I might consider going one step more in faith and invest in the weekend Marketing Program which would compliment the Protege course so well. For the very low price of $2500.00 dollars I could do this and complete an education that would set me on the path to financial freedom. Sold! What kind of a fool would do this. Me! I spent over $10000.00 to learn from the best and so I started to learn about the personal note business, how to work the numbers for a time value equation and so on and so on... I learned where to look for notes and that 1 in 13 homes financed in the country are by use of a promissory note. I learned how easy it was to find a note. It truely is easy I found thousands and my local court house. A few weeks later I went to the Marketing program, a three day money pit in Colorodo where the instructors who are all college educated and some older very sharp people get you excited about your business but the substance of the course is shallow and vague to say the least. As time went on I learned that it is true what your taught if Your not Martketing then Your not in business. So Marketing is an absolute must in this business or any business.Oh by the way, wheather your conducting a small marketing campaign or large it doesn't matter it will cost alot more money of your own. Now keep in mind that 1 in 13 homes nationwide are personally financed promissory notes so you must market to the masses and to do that and be effective you must have a large marketing plan and budget. I'm talking in the thousands! More money!!! and it never ends. 9 months after I had been in the protoge program and not one note found r owner of a note willing to list, I should say, I got a special invitation from Russ himself to work with one of his top students and close friends to work with me one on one over the phone and internet until I get that 1st note deal, and it will only cost me $2500.00 dollars. Dare I say I almost bit. I had faith; but the tree of wisdom and experience was begining to bear it's fruit. Here's what happend during that nine months. I marketed, in fact I target marketed to lawyers, bail bondsman, contractors, land owners, CPAs and all of the other great leads and orgainizations That WITCFB suggested. I joined the chamber of commerce to network my business with other proffessinals in the area who I might be able to generate leads from. I sent out post cards and my lead sheets with proffesional cover letters and a proffesional business card attached in large manila evelopes. Let me add here that the newsletters the protoge course provides are very proffesional looking and well done but a little complex. I, even after doing Protoge did not understand the equations and concepts used in them to show what a sharp finder I was. Not to worry , a thousand news letters and $600 later I never needed to account for the wisdom of those letters because I got absolutely no responses. None! To all of the proffesional organizations I sent them out to they must have come to the same conclusion that the folks at the chamber of commerce did, that I was just some moron pretending to be a proffesional at something I new nothing about. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong so I read the books and watched the video again and like all things that are reviewed you always pick up something you missed previously. I caught something that made ask myself , "What are you doing!!" See I did everything I was told and read about but Russ mentions in his book and on the video that we want to look for the notes that people don't want. Sometimes people get divorced and need money fast so they do back payments on there homes, so do people who need fast money for bail or whatever the list goes on and you can see how the list for target marketing gets generated here. Suddenly 1 in 13 homes is looking pretty inconsiquential here and as good as it may have sounded in the begining now I'm looking for a needle in a haystack and there easy to find right? Problem is I'm tired now and frustrated. I have made no money from this business and regardless of who you are the Daulby Educational Institute doesn't care. Once they have your money it's all over including the sincereity of the coaches and the customer service. I cannot deny the fact that many people have success in this. I have seen the infomercial and watched the dvd, and when I went to the marketing there were pictures of people who have made hundreds of thousands of dollars. I wonder how they did it I really do but one thing I don't wonder about anymore is that this is not for me. Some thing in me maybe or my personality, I don't know but I did what the book said what the protoge taught and followed what I learned in the marketing course and yet I still failed. Who am I . I am a Father of Three buitiful children one of whom is Autistic. The husband of a beutiful woman. I am a firefighter and a member of the air national guard. I don't make alot of money and had hoped to gain knowlege and momentum to a financially free future using a very cleverly marketet complex money making system that requires full time commitment, and extreme amount of money and a coulple of years of experience for the average person like me to gain from the initial sacrifice of getting into this business. I believe what I see on the TV and internet these days can be compared to the nineties when everyone I knew seemed to be joining AMWAY including myself , thinking how easy it would be to convince people to join what is a truly good business plan. But the fact still remains that you have as much chance of winning in the cashflow business as you do at becoming an amway double diamond. Roosevelt is one of my earthly heros and he once said" far better is to risk great gain and dare mighty triumphs then to neither enjoy much nor suffer much and take rank with those poor spirts who live in that gey twilight that no neither victory nor defeat..." I took a dare on this business, I risked great gain and sufferd great loss. I was in no situation to spend the money I did but foolishly I put my faith in the simplicity of the 3 step program Russ preaches about in his infomercials so I invested expecting once I did what the books said and apply what I learned in my courses that I would get a huge return. I took a huge risk, and I failed, I cannot get my autistic son the special help he needs, I forclosed on my home last month and my 10 year old car is on the fritz. Any business requires business savy and some background in the area of what you want work on. If it is something that your not naturally inclined to than think twice. To get involved in something you don't know much about regardless of the support you think your going to get, Just think Twice!!!! If you have the resources and the time then enroll in the Daulby Educational Institute but if your an average joe like myself please be very very careful!!!! Good luck to all.

This business is much harder than Dalbey makes it sound. Even if you find a 'note' the chances of getting it sold are slim because the criteria for a 'good investment' are very strict. Investors are picky and it takes much longer than he claims for a beginner to make money. He cleverly markets this course however and makes it sound way better than it is..plus he wants you to buy more of his stuff.

I bought this thinking it would be an easy way to make a little extra cash! Boy was I wrong! The information that is sent to you explains nothing the DVD is just like watching the informercial and when I called to have someone help me get started I was told I had to pay them $3000.00 to get started. When I said I did not have that kind of money the man was rude with me and said then you will have to figure it out yourself. What a rip-off!

Ok! I got scammed! Russ Dalbey’s Cash flow program got me real good! When I saw the infomercial I was sold! I did not mind paying $39.00 (asking price), but when customer service got through with me, I paid $366.60 on 12/30/07 for the kit and my website. Three weeks later I learned I had to pay $1,250.00 for the “professional newsletters”. The 250 “free leads” they sent to me was NOT worth one red cent! In their free leads list there were so many duplicate names and bogus addresses that was NOT recognizable by the post office. Yet, I was “coachable” and I mailed out 232 postcards to my free leads. I have NOT received one call from any of the prospects! And when I made the cold calls to the prospects I got hung up on and cussed at! I paid over $300.00 to mail out 630 envelopes to other leads such as Real Estate brokers, Bail Bondsmen, CPA’s, Paralegals, Divorce & Family Attorneys, Real Estate Attorneys, Criminal Attorneys and Bankruptcy Attorneys informing them of my services. For 2 weeks I went down to the Court House and viewed the land records… One of the ladies that work at the land records office told me that I am wasting my time because people are NOT going to give me a stranger their personal asset information for me to use as a trial and error with my listing services; especially when Identity Theft is so prevalent today. On 3/6/08 I called customer service and ask for my money back. They said no, I am already 60 days into the program! Well, I finally decided to investigate (Google) about the Russ Dalbey’s Cash Flow program and what I am reading from my fellow peers is overwhelming! I plan on stopping while I am ahead! I have been unemployed for one year hoping and praying that my business would rise off the ground only to find out now this has been a scam all along! I pray and I hope that Russ Dalbey pays for scamming and preying on vulnerable people like me who really want to move ahead in life by starting their own real estate cash flow note business to later learn they have been SCAMMED!

I ordered the product and also was very displeased with it. I returned it within the 30 days and still have not had my credit to my account. There are so many people that have written about this product why can't we all get together and do some thing about it.

I, too got scammed by good old Russ. I purchased his cheesie product, the end of last year and everything in those crummy little paper backs was worthless! Then when I called and complained they told me all I needed was a mentor, and for 2,600. they would hook me up with one. I told them, "no, I just want my money back", think I got it? NO!! I've e-mailed, called and left messages and still no response. We need to buy a block of time from TV and talk about all these theives!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I to have had the some experience as the other people reporting. The first day I got the program and tried it out, the links did not work. They make you believe they are going to give you the information on the people selling the notes and I just need to contact them. This is not how it works. Everything posted is true! Stay away from this scam.

Against better judgment, I purchased this product, hoping that somehow I would discover this opportunity to be a valid and rewarding one. Well, in a nut shell, I was completely disappointed! If you are considering purchasing this "set of tools", please take my advice and look elsewhere. After purchasing WITCFB, I spent a good bit of time reading through the materials, to no avail. I am no idiot, but all of the information just seemed to make no sense. When I received a call from a "mentor", it became clear to me that the initial product was merely a means to an end for them: getting me to buy more and more 'tools'. This is where their money is made, it appears to me. There are valid opportunities for making money online to be found; WITCFB is not one of them.
