I too ordered the "Winning In the Cash Flow products" I was very discouraged as soon as I began reading the material that I received. The commercial makes it seem so easy when in fact it is really a full time job, (if you succeed). I returned the books and cds, before the 30day money back guarantee and the following month was still charged $39.95 to my credit card. I wish i had read all the complaints before i ordered this program. Also, I too was called from the "Dalbey" institute about being one of I don't know how many to join them in some other program, but first I had to put out thousands of dollars and when I refused to give them anymore money they got almost abusive over the phone telling me that I wasn't serious about the program and that they didn't want to waste their time. I suggest that no one else try their program.

I to have been scamed in this bullshit so called business. I bought into the whole course and have gotten no where. I recieved a call a few weeks after I got the course telling me I to was a canidate for a so called special schooling. Red flag more money to be spent. The course is so confuseing that you got to be smarter than a fifth grader to understand it I guess. Very,Very upset.

Like so many others who have posted complaints at this site (which is great!), I wish I had not been so impetuous and had done some basic research before buying the program. The "information" I received is completely worthless and outdated, not mention that the materials are of very poor quality, full of typos, bad links and just a bunch of additional hype for the seller's program. In addition, they use your contact info to launch you into a whole new set of further hard sales pitches to try relieving you of even more money.

I ordered the Cash Flow Course from the mail flyer. Saying It was a money back offer. one day after I receive the package and read part of the books, I got a phone call and Donna Simons call and said I was chosen out of 1000's to participate in a Protege Class. First I told Donna that I would only if the cost did not go over my limit. WELL it did and the company still charged my credit card and I had to pay an over limit fee. And that was just the first of the thing that was so wrong. The leads thay sent me have came back with the wrong address or the person has been deceased for 4 to 8 years (got several like this). When That offer to help me futher, the catch is I have to pay more for more help. I don't see that I have received $3000.00 worth of help so why pay more. As I see it they are millionaires because of people like us who are trying to improve our financial disposition.

My husband and I bought into this scam! We have spent almost $9000 to date. We emailed to tell them we wanted our money back and they tried to convince us that we just needed to spend more money! When he realized we weren't going to back down and spend more, he told us we were only entitled to all but $1000 in refund due to us signing something that had only a 7 day return policy. I overnited the package within the 30 days and called my credit card companies to dispute the charges due to an unsatisfactory product. We will see if we get our money back since this just happened last week.

I purchased the Winning in the CashFlow information about 3 months ago. Since then, I have been naive enough to purchase several of the programs, adding up to about $15,000. Each program tells me the same stuff. I went to the BootCamp. Same as Protege Program, except they threw me on the phones to "cold-call" which I was NEVER told about. The information given is very MISLEADING. They don't tell you about all the legal aspects or really how extensive the work is. It is definetely NOT as easy as 1. Find 'em 2. List em' 3. Make money. That's a bunch of bull! I am in the process of trying to get a full refund. If anyone knows how to go about that, please contact me. If you've worked for Russ Dalbey, and can help, it would be greatly appreciated. I will be unemployed as of 1/26/08 (seasonal job). This is just not what is advertised. They shouldn't do that to people. Anyone who can help, Thanks! []

I just spent over $100 on this a few days ago. I am just now researching it, because I was blinded by all the so called "money" you could make. I haven't even gotten the product yet and already I want a refund.

I'm usually wiser than this.... but the infomercial made it sound viable. On the surface the business concept makes sense. When I read all the materials and viewed the video material, however, I realised it was a scam right off the bat. Russ continues to try to sell you on the course...what his past students have done.... no real explanation of how thw business really works. I haven't tried to get a refund yet.... got $270 into it which includes the rinky dink web site..... don't expect refund to be easy but I'm glad I didn't get sucked in deeper. Save your money for something else..... you willl regret buying this course!

I purchased only the basic package. Upon review, determined that the info supplied is simply designed to set you up for the company's multiple tele-sales department (and they are persistent!!). Don't do it! Here's a good website which pretty much tells the whole story: /[]

I paid $150.00 for Russ Dalbey's winning in the cash flow business scam. Immediately upon receiving the package I started getting phone calls from his organization telling me that I had to invest another $2000 to $4000 in order for the program to really work for me. Needless to say I am angry and disgusted. I told those people that I didn't have the money to invest - that all I could afford was the initial $150. The code they sent me for the so-called leads never worked and when I called to get some help in opening it all I got was a lot of baloney - the person on the other end claimed he didn't know what I was talking about. I want my money back and I want Russ Dalbey to go to jail!

They made it sound so simple on the TV but really, it's so complicated and confusing. I should have NEVER ordered it, I should have researched it Before I purchased it. I will definitely return it. Can anyone tell me where to return the products? PLs. email me []. TY

I bought this BULLSHIT in 2006 I have studied it for over a year now and the 250 so called leads that you get HA! don't make me laugh most of them don't even exsist and the cold calling, boy if I had a dollar every time somebody told me to fuck off litteraly! I would be one of those 1000 millionaires. That is the only way I see that this product would actually work. Then there is the coaching what a joke! I lost track of how many times I about fell asleep reading that BOARING SHIT and it is "SO SUPER SIMPLE EVEN A FIFTH GRADER COULD DO IT HA HA HA" (Russ Dalbey) I don't know what fifth grader you have been talking to RUSS but you are full of shit all the way up to your eyebrows simple my foot all that I have to say is I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.

Total scam. Anyone who defends this product is probably a Russ Dalbey employee telling more lies. Those people are ruthless. For those of you that want some truth about the cash flow system here it is. If you contact the note holders they are not going to want to sell their note to you. They want to deal with professionals or licensed individuals. Do you think someone with a $500,000 note is going to trust a Denny's waitress with no experience to broker it? Probably not. I know I would not. Also if you submit the "leads" into the Russ Dalbey website then Dalbey is just going to take your leads and run. They ask you for the name and address of the note holder. Pretty much all the sensitive information of the note. So what will prevent Dalbey from just contacting that note holder himself and leave you in the dirt? This is what will happen. This system is great for Russ Dalbey because he has the poor people who buy is program feeding him the leads and then he makes money with the note brokering himself. I mean this guy is like a master scammer. He steals peoples money and steals their labor at the same time. I don't even think Hitler was that bad...

This product is a total bullshit! I bought this product 2 years ago and little did I know, it required additional money to make it happen. Before I bought this product, I had a little knowledge in Real Estate and thought this might be a better alternative to Real Estate. So I bought this product. When I got the product, there were tons of major things that made me mad about it already. 1)the book/binder/notes/newsletter were written in a language so basic and opionated that even a 5th grader can understand it. 2) like #1, most of the stuff I got was about people that already riches because of his system and it was mostly exaggeration about these people that makes me mad. I don't care about these stuff. I want to know how Winning in the Cash Flow work. 3) The product clearly lack support and guidance for beginner and even for the novice like me. I called Customer Service for support and that guy that helped me didn't know anything. All he does is read back to me what I got in the package! I went to look for more help in the website's forum and oh man, I wish I had looked there first. There was lots of complaints. The system was difficult, hence the bootcamp and mentor alternative (not to mention the fees). The most difficult thing about this product is that you have to make cold calling. I looked up a few note seller on the local newspaper and there was only 3 listed. Those 3 are also doing the same thing as I am and their ad was also misleading. I did eventually found someone in MN. But he says, they do not buy note at a discount or sell it at a discount. He also critisize my knowledge in this note business. I have to admit, he's right. The information I got/ordered from Russ Dalby didn't teach me anything. Their website didn't teach me anything. The package/product I got is a total waste of money. It's mostly about people that got rich because of his system. Bullshit! I want my $200 back!I'm sure i'm still in Russ Dalby database. I still get their montly email. Well, if anyone have an issue, or disagree with my negative review. They can email me and I will be glad to discuss my unsatisfaction.

First of all I'm a former high ranking employee of The Dalbey Education Institute. I no longer work there although, I sold all the products that I can tell you for a fact do not work. It doesn't matter if you spend 700-25000 on his protege or workshops or bootcamps none of this works. Russ is getting rich and so are the people selling you the product. They call thousands of people a week and get 11-17% comission on each sale, think about the sales persons incentive to sell you. If a salesman writes 100,000 a week in revenue for the company which is very simple to do, they make $11,000-$17,000 a week. NO JOKE I'VE DONE IT. These sales people do not particiapte in the products they are selling you and are not in the note business. Never have, they dont even know what it its really. They say Russ has a goal to create 1000 new millionares well, those are the people around him. THE SALES PEOPLE. If Russ wants a success story such as some of those people you've seen on tv or herd about, yes those are true, but he buys the note they have found to create a success story this drives his business plus he can hold on to the note or resell it for a loss and write that off but it comes full circle for him. He does not make money on the books you buy for 39-300 dollars. That actually loses him money. Its the bootcamps for 6000 or the workshops for 4000 protege for 700-3000. Come on people this is the biggest scam going. If it were real they would let you try it until you wrote your first note. This place is a joke. Everyone working there is happy though because they are printing money I mean hand over fist. I made over 400k working there in a years time. NO JOKE. I can tell you how to get a Guranteed refund!! No matter how long ago you bought any additional product. email [] thats my email. I will tell you!

I bought Russ Dalby's Winning in the Cash Flow Business about 2 years ago. I found the material confusing and so difficult to understand. Now I keep getting emails saying I'm offered a special Rapid Results program, but they want me to pay $2,000-$5,000 for this program. It says they will let me set the budget and terms, but they really want more money from me. Mr. Dalby sells people a dream and hope for (I paid) $130.00; then he gives them confusing and incomplete directions (I got 3 CD's. Two were just people saying they made it rich in the business; they gave absolutely no techniques used or any other help, and the third cd doesn't even work - literally, it doesn't play in the cd player); the other materials I got were books supposedly showing how to make the deals, etc., and a video which was just a rehash of the infomercial; lastly Mr. Dalby's associates then call me repeatedly telling me that for me to cash in on the dream they sold me it would cost me additional thousands of dollars. Mr. Dalby, if I had thousands of dollars to throw away in the first place I wouldn't have been enticed into buying your program. When I call to ask about these special programs being offered I am rudely told that I shouldn't have even bothered calling unless I can pony up thousands of dollars and you are marking on my account that I have no monies to donate to your get rich fund. If your offer of help is so genuine... do it for free. Otherwise I don't see that you want anyone to be as successful as you.

I too have been taken by this crazy scam. Lucky for me I am only out of pocket $39. Once I received it and began going through it, I realized it was BS and 1 out of 10,000 might actually be able to use this. I contacted Kirsten Gum via email as I was shocked she would be a part of a scam like this. Of course I heard nothing. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and after many weeks they finally refunded my money by reapplying the paid amount to my credit card. Do not settle, contact the BBB, file complaint, contact your local Representative or Congressman and let them know what is going on. Make copies of all of your letters, emails etc....and what ever you send, send a copy to Russ Dalbey too. It will be frustrating and time consuming. Make it happen and get your money back! Good Luck to everyone. It

I purchased this program a few years ago and spent a lot of time, energy and money in trying to make the program work. I hoped so much it would be different from all the other companies that are like it, but as I thought - Russ Dalby's program is also just a scam. Immediately I was being called to urged to purchase the mentor program "If I qualify". Well of course, I did qualify if I was stupid enough to invest several thousands of dollars. I thought that perhaps things would be different a few years later, and after re-investing in their supposedly new & improved program to find out that nothing has changed except the coaching program which is more expensive. Trust me people - do not invest your money in this company. It is a scam along with all the others out there promising the same thing.
